Our leading consultant and founder is Udi Goldschmidt, CCTP and Ambassador to Israel of WFTA (World Food Travel Association). Udi served as a advisor to the board of the WFTA, chairman of the board of the Israeli Association for Culinary Culture (2017) and since 2019 is heading the Chef Alliance by Slow Food (Israel).
Beside Udi Goldschmidt, CTC uses physical consultants, design specialists and other top of the line, leaders of their industry - to assist in meeting the needs of each client.
CTC is working on three levels - National, regional and personal.
On the PERSONAL level, we will assist a local food producer/ hotelier/ restaurateur/ Artisanal food maker or a farmers market to brand their services in the best possible way for FOODIES and Culinary travelers to find them and add them to their travel plans.
On a REGIONAL level – branding an area as a culinary interest, creating regional commitment to culinary excellence and building the teams to run it. Creating Wine Roads/ Cheese roads/ Other food products of interest trails, Planning and assisting with the creation of local and regional visitors centers, planning and assisting in the execution of regional marketing strategies for Culinary Tourism and training of the participants for best understanding of FOODIE’S needs.
On NATIONAL level, we assist with Policy development, priorities in allocation of funds, participation in international trade shows and creating the buzz on the Media of culinary uniqueness.
